Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare chance your order arrives defective or incorrect, we will send a free replacement of the same item(s).
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You have a 5-hour window after placing your order to request changes (cancellation, address, size, color, or item).
After this, orders may enter production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. To make any changes please email: pridecore.co@outlook.com

Returns & Exchanges

Each item is made specifically for your order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We recommend reviewing size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase and cover the cost of return shipping to the U.S, which is non-refundable.
